By downloading, installing, or using AA Just Today, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Personal Recovery Tool

AA Just Today is a personal recovery toolkit. It is not medical care, therapy, emergency support, or a substitute for professional advice. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call emergency services. In the United States, you can also contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.

2. Not Affiliated With AA

AA Just Today is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc., any AA General Service Office, or any AA group or entity. AA and Alcoholics Anonymous are registered trademarks of Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc.

3. Accounts, Local Storage, And Realtime Sync

You may use parts of the app with local storage only, or you may sign in with Apple or Google to use Realtime Sync. When Realtime Sync is enabled, supported app data and media attachments may be stored in Firebase/Google Cloud so they can sync across your devices.

Free accounts may have sync limits, including a one-device Realtime Sync limit. Premium accounts may include additional or unlimited device sync, depending on the active subscription and current app offering.

4. Your Content

You own the journal entries, gratitude lists, recordings, photos, videos, drawings, notes, and other personal content you create in the app. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, back up, sync, transcribe, display, and delete that content solely to operate the app features you choose to use.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or sync. Do not use the app to store or share unlawful content.

5. Content And Meeting Information

The app includes recovery-related readings, audio, meeting information, and other reference material. We work to keep app content useful and accurate, but content and meeting data may contain errors or change without notice. Always verify meeting details independently before attending.

6. Subscriptions And Payments

Premium features may be offered through paid subscriptions or purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are controlled by the store or payment provider used for the purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the app store account that made the purchase. We do not control app store refund decisions.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, Realtime Sync, media storage, transcription, subscriptions, support data, and account deletion.

8. Account And Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your synced cloud account and associated cloud data at justtodayapp.com/delete-account. Deleting cloud data does not automatically remove local data stored on devices you still possess; use the app reset/delete options or uninstall the app to remove local-only data.

9. Availability And Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features, sync behavior, subscription offerings, or supported platforms. We may update the app to improve reliability, security, compliance, or user experience.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that your recovery content, meeting listings, readings, or synced data will always be available.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA Just Today and Amor Design Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or recovery-related outcomes arising from your use of the app.

12. Intellectual Property

The app design, branding, code, and original materials are owned by Amor Design Group or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except where allowed by law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
