You can request deletion of your AA Just Today cloud account and synced data at any time. This page is for users who signed in with Apple or Google and enabled Realtime Sync.
Local-only users: if you never signed in for Realtime Sync, we do not have a cloud account for you. Delete local data from inside the app or uninstall the app from your device.
How To Request Deletion
Email us from the address connected to your AA Just Today account:
If you use Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, please send the request from the private relay email shown for AA Just Today, or include that relay email in your message so we can find the correct account.
What We Delete
- Firebase Authentication account data connected to AA Just Today.
- Firestore Realtime Sync data, including recovery settings, journal data, Today data, reading data, meeting data, and device registrations.
- Firebase Storage media linked to your account, including synced photos, videos, audio recordings, drawings, thumbnails, and related media files.
- Support records that are not needed for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.
What May Not Be Deleted By Us
- Local data still stored on devices you control. Use app reset/delete options or uninstall the app to remove local data.
- Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat purchase or transaction records controlled by those providers.
- Limited records we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or tax/accounting reasons.
- Fully anonymized or aggregated operational information that cannot reasonably identify you.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account from the email you send.
Canceling Premium
Deleting your AA Just Today cloud account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store account that made the purchase.
